At Star Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing a satisfactory and transparent trailer rental experience. Our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and our company, complying with Virginia laws.
Customers may return the trailer under the following conditions:
– For rentals of less than 7 days, cancellation is allowed up to 1 hour before the rental date. If canceled within this timeframe, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
– For rentals of 7 days or more, cancellation is not allowed. However, if the trailer is returned before the agreed-upon return date, 50% of the payment will be refunded for unused days.
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date. Provide your reservation information and details about the trailer’s condition.
– If you return the trailer to our office, no additional fees will be charged.
– If you need us to pick up the trailer at a location other than our office, an additional fee will be charged based on the distance in miles. The fee will be $2.5 per mile.
Upon receiving the trailer, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to assess any damage or wear. If it is found that the trailer has been damaged or does not meet the return conditions, repair or replacement fees will be applied as appropriate.
If the trailer is returned in the same condition and within the specified period, a full security deposit refund will be issued. No additional fees will be applied for returns within the period.
In case the trailer is returned with additional damages or does not meet the return conditions, repair or replacement fees will be applied as appropriate. These fees will be communicated to the customer before proceeding with any repairs.
No returns are accepted for changes of mind or personal circumstances. Returns must be related to issues with the trailer or its condition.
